2. Digital Products & Appeal Package

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Property Tax Appeal Package and other digital resources are final. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, we cannot offer refunds except as described below.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment
  • The product was materially defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the digital content

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Consultations or referrals that have already been fulfilled
  • Legal services provided by third-party lawyers or professionals
  • Any fees paid directly to referred legal professionals
  • Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or used
